Workshop Outline
Effective training is achieved through a relevant and balanced mixture of theory and practice, input of knowledge and experiential practice. The workshop forms a comprehensive and easily adaptable resource package for use by training managers and trainers who are responsible for planning, designing, implementing and monitoring training programs for new and developing trainers. Trainers who are not given the opportunity to attend trainer training courses will find the workshop useful as a self-development instrument.
Objective of Workshop
The workshop is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and basic skills for developing and conducting effective training. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

The workshop is designed for a maximum of 16 participants. Minimum class size is 8
